Vianey
joined Scott Hulse in 2024 after serving as a law clerk/staff attorney for the
Eighth Court of Appeals in El Paso, Texas. She joined the practice of law as a
way of serving her beloved community of El Paso, where she was born and raised.
She enjoys honing her legal writing skills to provide the best possible
representation for Scott Hulse’s clients.
Before
joining the Scott Hulse, Vianey advocated for victims of domestic violence in
various capacities, including as a guardian ad litem, student-attorney ad
litem, and student attorney. In law school, Vianey was a Featured Content
Editor for the Texas Law Review, where she also authored and published an
article on foster care in Texas.
Outside of
work, Vianey is active in the young adult’s and children’s ministries at her
church, where she also co-leads a women’s bible study. Additionally, Vianey
enjoys staying active in the fitness community in El Paso and is a Level 1
certified Olympic weightlifting coach and a CrossFit enthusiast.
Currently,
Vianey’s practice consists of general civil litigation and appellate law.
Vianey has defended clients on behalf of insurance companies in personal injury
cases, as well as school districts in worker’s compensation matters. She also
handles construction-law matters for her clients and other cases involving
business litigation.
