Michelle D. Mirazo is a partner at Kemp Smith Law, where she member of the firm’s Trial Department. Her practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and appeals.
She represents companies, financial institutions, and government entities in complex disputes before state and federal trial and appellate courts, bankruptcy courts, and domestic and international arbitration tribunals.
Michelle’s experience includes high stakes breach of contract cases, business torts, and partnership and shareholder disputes. She also represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and adversary cases.
Michelle earned her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from The University of Texas at El Paso.
She has been consistently recognized as Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2024, an honor awarded to the state’s top emerging attorneys.
