Elisa Samaniego is a partner at Kemp Smith Law, where she is a member of the Corporate and Business Department. Elisa’s practice primarily focuses on estate planning and probate law. Her experience includes preparing estate planning documents, advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries on trust and estate administration, and representing clients in probate proceedings. Additionally, Elisa advises clients on a wide range of business, corporate, and trademark matters.
Elisa received her B.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas at El Paso. She attended Louisiana State University on a full tuition scholarship and graduated from LSU Law with a J.D. and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law.
Elisa also studied at Universite Jean Moulin in Lyon, France, and earned a Graduate Diploma in European and International Business Law. Elisa currently serves as the Secretary for the CASA of El Paso Board of Directors and as the President of the El Paso Women's Bar Association. She is also a member of The George A. McAlmon American Inn of Court.
